You will need:

Optional :

  • Sage smudge stick spray/herb

  • Frankincense & myrrh incense

Following on from last week’s article, we’ll be looking at the way I’ve been fighting the energy vampires in my life over the last month. I decided to come up with a little energy bag I could carry around with me from place to place when I know I’m going to encounter energy vampires. I have to say it’s been working brilliantly so far - traffic has been clear, lectures have been easier and the energy vampires haven’t been so draining. Below are the steps to making & cleansing it:

  1. Collect the above objects ready to put together in a bag. You don’t have to use the optional ones but I had them to hand so I put them in as well to make everything stronger.

  2. Place all in the pouch and tie the strings together so that they don’t fall out over the course of the day.

  3. As you head to your encounter with the energy vampires, have the pouch out in the open to absorb sunlight in order to power up via the sun and so that you can tune in with the crystals frequencies so that they’re intentions and yours are the same.

  4. Hold the pouch whilst near the energy vampires to allow the pouch to do its work.

To cleanse the pouch/crystals after use follow these brief steps:

  1. Place the crystals and salts in a heat-safe glass without the pouch.

  2. Cover them in hot water and leave them outside overnight. Do not leave out if the night happens to fall during a new moon as this will allow the negative energies to fester rather than be cleansed by the light of the moon.

  3. Collect the crystals in the morning and repeat the above steps. The salt will have disappeared in the hot water, visualising the release of all the negative energy that the pouch has absorbed.
